My wife and i started using the Inclined Sleep System a couple months ago, she had leg and hip pain associated with low back issues and she has experienced really good results. I do not have any back or health issues myself but have been sleeping on the I.S.S. bed mat with my whole upper body from the top of my legs up on the rubberized section of the mat to prevent myself from sliding down. I really did not expect to experience anything other than being held in place but so far this is what i have noticed, i fall asleep very quickly and sleep very soundly, i hardly move around any longer during my sleep and we haven’t noticed each other snoring, i also used to not feel rested in the morning because my mind was so active with my work during my sleep that i sometimes felt like i was awake all night even though i apparently had been asleep, that no longer happens. I do sleep on the mat a couple times a week positioned to get the stretch cause i feel like it improves my posture i feel like i’m standing straighter and taller. We are sold on the Inclined sleep system and the benefits of sleeping at an incline and on the occasion that we do have to sleep on a horizontal bed it no longer feels natural or comfortable to us and we can’t wait to get back to our own bed.
