If there is a problem with your order please contact us within two business days by phone at 281-550-2743 or email info@inclinedsleepsystem.com We will make sure you are satisfied.

Please contact us by phone at 281-550-2743 or email info@inclinedsleepsystem.com within 21 days from date of purchase to get instructions on how to return items and to get a return authorization number before returning any item. We are sorry but we will not be able to make any refunds without an assigned return authorization number. Damaged items are non-returnable. All products being returned must be 100% complete, packaged in original packaging with all accessories.

Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees. Handling/Restocking fees may apply. Do not attempt to return your order to the address from where it was shipped from. The return to address will be provided with the RA# assigned to you. A refund less restocking/handling fee will be issued to the original credit card after item inspection.

** All rolls and wedge comfort pillows and sleep wear are non-returnable and non exchangeable whether opened or unopened due to health and sanitary regulations.**

If you are returning either the one or two person package as our way of saying thanks to you for trying the Inclined Sleep System we would like for you to keep and enjoy the sleepwear.
